Glen Shields
Founder & Group CEO
Glen founded GPFS in 2011 as a fully independent fund administration firm. He currently serves as the Group CEO. Glen has been working as a fund administrator since 2001 and prior to that, worked with investment and non-investment firms in his years as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Glen received his Master’s in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and became a CPA in the State of New York (currently not registered) while working at PWC.

Jay Godbole
Global Head, Client Operations
Jay joined GPFS in 2012 and currently serves as Global Head, Client Operations, responsible for driving a high quality and consistent experience for clients across the globe. Prior to GPFS, Jay began his career in public accounting as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jay is a CPA in the State of New York and has his Masters in Accounting from Siena College.

Ravi Nevile
Chief Commercial Officer, GPFS International
In 2021, Ravi and GPFS Co-founded the GPFS International business and is the Chief Commercial Officer of GPFS International responsible for driving international growth across our client base, service offering and global footprint. Ravi has over 20 years global experience in the alternative funds industry having held senior management roles across Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific including at Aztec Group, TMF, ADIA, Mercer Investments and Investcorp. Ravi is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from King's College, University of London.

Edward McCarthy
Senior Director, Fund Administration
Edward joined GPFS in 2012 and has been working as a fund administrator since 2003. Edward brought his depth of knowledge with over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry and a passion for client services. Edward became partner in 2012 and has had key roles in business strategy, management and process development. He is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and has his Master’s in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.

Eric Schaible
Director, Fund Administration
Eric has been with GPFS since 2012, advancing from the role of a Senior Accountant to a Director. He began his career in fund administration in 2010 after earning his B.S. Degree in Finance from Siena College. He is responsible for a broad range of clients including buyout, growth equity, venture capital and fund of funds.

Scott Brazee
Director, Client Operations
Scott started with GPFS in 2011 as a part time consultant and then joined full time in 2013 as the Director of management company services. Scott has been working in fund administration since 2006 and prior to that, worked in the health insurance industry for 10 years. Scott received his MBA from the State University of New York at Albany and Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the College of Saint Rose.

Chris Calogero
Director, Fund Administration
Chris joined GPFS in 2013 and focuses on providing the firm’s clients with unique and specialized administration and analysis of their GP entities. Prior to his time at GPFS, Chris worked as a financial analyst at The Ayco Company, where he gained exposure to a wide variety of financial activities, and also worked in the finance department for a US Defense Contractor. Chris has a B.S. in Management from Providence College and an MBA from Union Graduate College.

Ralph Underwood
Director, Fund Administration
Ralph joined GPFS in 2013, following prior experience with another private equity fund administrator and as an auditor with KPMG. Ralph is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ken Sweeney
Director, Fund Administration
Ken joined GPFS in 2016, transitioning from another fund administrator. His combined years of fund administration experience includes buyout, growth equity, and venture capital funds. Ken holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.

Bruce Lima
Director, Capital Activity
Bruce joined GPFS in 2017, as an Associate Fund Controller. Bruce began his career in public accounting as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers working with investment firms. Following that, Bruce spent many years working at private equity firms such as Westbrook Partners and most recently Quadrum Global where he managed as the Financial Controller. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Carolyn Baker
Director, People and Culture
Carolyn joined GPFS as Director of People & Culture in May of 2020, and has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years. Prior to GPFS, Carolyn supported several Emergency and Specialty Veterinary hospitals on the East coast for Ethos Veterinary Health. Carolyn received her Bachelor of Professional Studies with a concentration in Human Resources from Empire State College, and is PHR and SHRM-CP certified.

Josh Weiner
Director, Real Estate
Josh joined GPFS in 2020 as Director and heads the Real Assets Fund Services team. Josh began his career in public accounting as an auditor with Ernst & Young in their Entrepreneurial Services group in NY, and following that spent the majority of the past 20+ years working at private equity investment managers covering real estate, buyout and venture capital. Most recently, Josh was a Senior Vice President at Citco Fund Services in their Real Assets group where he oversaw multiple international client engagements. Josh is a CPA in the State of New York and earned his Masters and Bachelors in Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Vincent Allen
Director & Head of Ireland
Vincent joined GPFS in 2021 and is the Head of Ireland. Prior to GPFS, Vincent held several senior roles with Northern Trust including Head of Private Equity Ireland and Head of Private Equity Onboarding for EMEA. Vincent has a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree from the University of Limerick and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Bryan Sheedy
Head of Fund Accounting, Ireland
Bryan joined GPFS in 2021 and is the Head of Fund Accounting, Ireland. Bryan has over 20 years of industry experience in funds. Previously, Bryan worked at Northern Trust for 13 years holding several senior roles within the Private Equity team. Prior to this Bryan worked for a well-established accountancy practice in Limerick. Bryan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Niamh Blake
Head of Risk & Compliance, Ireland
Niamh joined GPFS Ireland in 2022 as Head of Risk & Compliance. Previously Niamh held senior compliance roles at IQ-EQ and Northern Trust working with several global regulated businesses in Ireland, UK, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and APAC working directly with regulators. Niamh is a Licentiate of the Compliance Institute of Ireland and holds the Certified Fintech Risk and Compliance Professional designation, Professional Certificate in Investment Fund Services Risk Management, STEP Diploma in Trust and Estates, Level 9 Professional Certificate in Applied Alternative Investments and is an Accredited Funds Professional of the Institute of Bankers.

Adam Myers
Director, Fund Administration
Adam joined GPFS in 2017. Prior to joining GPFS, he was a Senior Associate at KPMG. He has spent most of his career auditing a mix of private and public companies across multiple industries. Adam earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from Siena College and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

Peter D’Arcy
Director, Fund Administration
Peter joined GPFS in 2018 after working in public accounting for KPMG as an Audit Manager. During his 6 years as an auditor, Peter primarily focused on servicing asset management companies. Peter holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Iona University and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

Brad Aperance
Director, Fund Administration
Brad joined GPFS in 2022 and has over 14 years of fund administration experience, focusing on buyout, co-investment, and GP entity structures. Brad is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Alex Kensgaard
Director, Fund Administration
Alex Joined GPFS in 2022 with over 11 years of experience in fund administration. He started his career in fund administration at Lacrosse Global Fund Services which was later acquired by Wells Fargo and SS&C Technologies. He oversaw teams in both the private equity and hedge fund space with a focus on fixed income, credit, and distressed debt portfolios. Alex graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a double major in accounting and finance.

Kelly Rhodes
Senior Director, Operational Transformation
Kelly joined GPFS in 2022 as Senior Director, Client & Project Success. Prior to GPFS, Kelly worked in the consumer goods industry for 23 years with focus on project management, system implementation and process development. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services.

Beth Weicman
Director, Fund Administration (Ret/PT)
Beth has been with GPFS since 2014, previously having spent most of her career as an auditor with the international auditing firm KPMG LLP, the Controller of a nationally based bank and leasing company, and the Director of Finance of a financial services company which specialized in real estate equity investing on behalf of multi-national investors. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany, and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Tom Maguire
Head of Transfer Agency, Ireland
Tom joined GPFS in 2022 and is the Head of Transfer Agency, Ireland. Tom has over 11 years fund administration experience. Previously, Tom worked at Alter Domus, Northern Trust and BNY Mellon in several key fund administration roles. Tom holds a Masters in Information Management and Accounting Systems from University College Cork and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
