GP Fund Solutions and its (together, “GPFS,” “we,” “us” or “our”) understands that when you interact with us, including through our website, you may entrust us with your personal information. As a result, we have crafted this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) with you in mind, so that we can protect your personal information and inform you of your privacy rights. In this Privacy Policy, we explain our policies and procedures for data collection, use, maintenance, protection, and disclosure when you visit our website (the “Site”). This policy also governs and provides you with information concerning the data we collect from and concerning you when you interact with GPFS other than through our Site, for example when you contact one of our sales representative or technical support.

Automatic Information Collection
As is customary for websites, the Site will collect information, including technical and routing information about your computer or device, without you being prompted. We use this information to optimize our Site for our users’ use. Our Site allows users to log in and provide certain personal information (for example, your name, the purchaser, or recipient’s name, mailing address, phone number or email address) in order to properly serve you as the customer in connection with the provision of fund administration and other services. As part of our services, when you visit our Sites, our server automatically collects certain browser or device-generated information, including but not limited to: web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request. We may de-identify and aggregate certain data we collect such that the data no longer identifies or can be linked to a particular visitor to our Site in order to analyse trends and make improvements to our websites to provide you with optimal online experiences with us.
If you apply for a job with us we may collect personal information in a number of circumstances. Personal information we may collect includes: name, address, telephone number and other contact information; educational or other credentials, employment history and experience, volunteer work, and other information necessary to evaluate a candidate’s suitability for employment; together with any other information we may collect with your consent or as required by applicable law.

Communication
When you contact us, we may use personal information (like your email address) to reply and provide you with the services or information you requested. For example, GPFS may send you promotional emails relating to GPFS, or communicate with you about your use of the Site. GPFS may also use technology to alert us via a confirmation email when you open an email from us. Employment
If you apply for a job with us, we will use personal information for the purposes of deciding whether to offer you employment with GPFS. GPFS may also use personal information for the purposes of statistical analysis. If you are offered employment with GPFS then GPFS will use your personal information and any further information you may provide in connection with that offer and (if applicable) your subsequent employment for the purposes of establishing and maintaining an employment relationship with you, including for personnel administration, payroll, and management purposes. If you are unsuccessful in your application for employment with us, we may keep your personal information on file for a reasonable period in order to evaluate your suitability for future employment opportunities. However, in those circumstances GPFS will remove your personal information from its systems if you request it to do so.

Our service providers and affiliates may collect, use, disclose, store or process personal information on our behalf for the purposes described in this Policy, including storage of personal information on a central database accessible to human resources personnel within GPFS.

We reserve the right to use your personal information and browsing behaviour to personalize our Site and improve the overall user experience. We also may use personal information to evaluate response rates or gauge the usability of the Site.
Protect Content
In order to stop malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity from occurring on our Site, we may use identifying information to monitor users’ behaviour on the Site. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt, either to provide the information or confirm completion of the act requested or, in certain circumstances, to notify you of an extension of the time frame for response by a maximum of two further months.

For example, GPFS will not deny you goods or services; charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you; suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
California law permits consumers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information for these purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year.

GPFS considers the protection of personal information a high priority. To that end, we are SOC I Type II Certified and employ technical and organizational safeguards to protect the data you have provided to us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons.
Virus Protection
We use computer anti-virus software that is designed to detect and prevent computer viruses from entering our computer network system.
Firewalls
We use a specially programmed computer system that stands between GPFS and the Internet. It is a security measure used by many companies to prevent unauthorized access by individuals or computer networks.
Continual Monitoring
We continually monitor for attempts to bypass or penetrate beyond our security perimeter.
We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.
