Associate Director

Gigi joined GPFS in November of 2017, rising from the role of Fund Accountant to Associate Director. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and holds her Master's in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Financial Analyst II

Dan was welcomed to the GPFS Team in 2022. Prior to joining GPFS, he was a Financial Analyst intern for a global manufacturing company, where he focused on pricing strategy. Dan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Providence College.

Fund Accountant I

Katreiona joined GPFS in 2023. Before joining Private Equity, she worked in Public Accounting. She is a graduate of Northwestern State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration. Seeking excellence, she continued her educational journey at the University of Houston to obtain her Master of Science in Accounting.

Fund Accountant I

Fionn began his GPFS career as an Intern in 2022. Having successfully completed his Intern process he returned to the University of Limerick. Here he earned his Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Economics and Finance. Fionn was welcomed back to GPFS as a Fund Accountant in September of 2023.

Associate Director

Phillip joined the GPFS team in July 2021. Prior to GPFS, he was a Vice President at Citco Fund Services, where he gained 15+ years of experience in fund accounting. Phillip earned his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of the West Indies (Mona) and his MBA from Nova Southeastern University (Florida). He enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing tennis, table tennis, and volleyball.

Associate Operations Controller

Emily joined GPFS in 2023, bringing 5 years of fund and management company accounting experience to her role on GPFS’s Management Company Team. Prior to GPFS, Emily worked as Controller for a solar construction firm, helping grow their finance operations. After missing the industry, Emily found her home at GPFS and truly enjoys the relationships she’s established with her team and clients. Emily earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Siena College, where she also studied Computer Science and Information Systems.

Associate Director

Sarah joined GPFS in 2020. Prior to joining GPFS, she worked at a different PE fund admin in NYC, working on fund of funds. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Math and Business from SUNY Albany and then went on to get her MBA.

Operations Controller

Jason joined GPFS in 2018, equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Sage Colleges of Albany. Initially starting as an Operations Accountant on the Capital Activity Team, Jason has shown remarkable growth within the company. His academic prowess and hands-on experience have fueled his progression, making significant contributions to the team and GPFS at large.

Senior Investor Services Associate II

Donna joined GPFS in June of 2014. Prior to this she worked in similar positions, amounting to over 20 years of experience in the private equity arena. She is a 1995 graduate of Mildred Elley Business School in Albany, NY. Her professional growth has been aided by having served in a variety of administrative roles throughout her first decade at GPFS.

Associate Fund Controller

Rick, an Associate Fund Controller, joined GPFS in May of 2021. Prior to GPFS, he began his career in public accounting as an auditor with The Bonadio Group. Rick earned his Master’s in Accounting from Siena College.

Fund Controller

Rifat joined GPFS in August 2020. Prior to joining GPFS, she was a Senior Accountant at a public accounting firm. She earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance degree from London Metropolitan University, UK and Master’s in Accounting from The College of Saint Rose, Albany, NY. She passed all four parts of CPA exams in 2019.

Fund Accountant II

Cathail began his accounting career with GPFS in November 2022. Cathail graduated from the University of Limerick earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, he started as a Fund Accountant and has enjoyed being part of the GPFS team ever since.

Senior Fund Accountant I

Katie was welcomed to the GPFS Team in 2022. Prior to joining GPFS, she worked at The Bonadio Group, auditing commercial entities and employee benefit plans. Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College and later went on to complete her Master’s in Accounting from Siena College.

Treasury Manager

Raymond was welcomed to the GPFS Team in 2022. Prior to joining GPFS, he was an Associate Treasury Manager working for another fund administrator where he grew to love the niche industry of PE fund admin. Raymond earned his Bachelor’s degree in economics from Siena College, and became a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) in 2022.

Associate Fund Controller

Derek joined the GPFS team in January 2023. Prior to joining GPFS, he was a senior audit associate for a firm in the New York Capital Region, auditing primarily not-for-profit entities and employee benefit plans. Derek pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at SUNY Oswego where he continued work for his Master’s in Business Administration.

Fund Accountant II

Charlie joined the GPFS team in 2023 as a Fund Accountant. He was an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton, before becoming an Audit Senior at Kreston Reeves. Charlie has been a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) since qualifying in 2022.
