Joining GPFS in 2025 to launch its Luxembourg office, James has more than 30 years of experience leading the delivery of fund and corporate services to alternative strategy asset classes, such as private credit, private equity, and real estate. James is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards. He also has extensive knowledge of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), which enables him to provide guidance and support to fund managers and investors in the European Union.
